(A) Next to the section you would like to edit click the orange "edit" button or the "little pencil" icon. A pop-up window will appear with your current text in it. Change the text in question and click on "Save" at the top middle of the pop-up window. The changes will now appear on your listing.
(Q) How Do I Change The Color Of My Listing?
(A) At the top of the screen you will see a "Select New Page Style" drop down. Select the color style you desire and your listing will change.
(Q) How Do I Upload A Picture or Logo To My Profile?
(A) First you need to have the picture or logo you want to upload saved on your computer where you can find it. Next click on "Upload Photo or Logo", then click on "Upload Center". Now it will ask you to upload the actual photo or logo, click on "Select". Locate the photo or logo file on your computer, highlight it and select open.

(A) There are three ways your profile can be located by potential customers. (1) Our Local Broker Finder on the Benefitstore.net consumer website. (2) Thru random search engine queries as your profile will become indexed for search engine optimization. (3) Thru your own personal marketing.
(Q) How Do I Receive Messages From Customers?
(A) Your profile will contain your contact information and a "Contact Me" box. Customers will click on the "Contact Me" box and write you a message. All messages will go to your messaging center and be forwarded to your email address.
(Q) How Do I View Visitor Statistics?
(A) Once you become a Benefitstore.net Directory member you will be able to view visitor statistics. Statistics will include how many visitors the entire directory received as well as how many visitors your profile received. Just log into your account and in your Broker Management Page your statistics will be listed.
